Scope

These terms apply to the Church of Gnome online shop. Our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies also apply. Membership and ministerial status are governed separately by the Membership and Gnomean Minister Terms. Buying a product does not purchase spiritual status or replace the Church’s free ordainment process.

Orders and product information

Provide accurate purchase, delivery and personalization information and review your selections before ordering. Orders are subject to payment authorization, availability and acceptance. Prices and delivery charges are shown before payment. If we cancel a paid item, we refund it and any shipping charges that no longer apply. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Product options, measurements and personalization requirements are described on the product page. Colors may look different on different screens. The Shipping and Refund Policies explain delivery problems, cancellations and returns.

Accounts and lawful use

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the shop for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity, interfere with its operation, bypass security or collect personal information without authorization. The Church may restrict access or decline orders at its discretion.

Church materials and community participation

Church names, logos, artwork, publications and designs are protected by intellectual-property laws. A purchase does not grant permission to reproduce or sell protected materials or imply Church sponsorship. Permissions for using Church rites are governed by the Membership and Gnomean Minister Terms.

Community participation is subject to the current Community Guidelines maintained in the Gnomean Commons. The Church reserves the right to moderate content and restrict or remove community access at its discretion. The separate Kingdom Opt-In Terms govern optional Kingdom participation and information sharing.

Other services and updates

Shopify and other payment, fulfillment and delivery providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Washington law governs these store terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Updates take effect as posted and do not retroactively change an existing purchase.
