Orders may be fulfilled by the Church of Gnome or our print, apparel and book partners. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

Many items are personalized, handmade or printed on demand. Production and delivery times vary by item, order volume, destination and time of year. Any dates or timeframes shown are estimates, not guarantees.

International orders should expect longer waits. Customs processing, local carriers and import requirements can add delays. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and fees unless checkout states that they are included.

Please check your delivery address and personalization details before ordering. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started. If a parcel is undeliverable or unclaimed, contact us through the contact form. Additional shipping costs may apply if reshipment is arranged.
